SALES AND MARKETING ADVICE
You may be doing plenty of the right things. But sales aren't moving the way they should, and it's hard to see why.
I'm a marketing consultant for small and growing businesses. I help you find what's holding sales back and choose what to fix first. Then we agree a plan your team can follow.
Your first hour is free. After that, advice is £280 plus VAT an hour.

Advice works best when you already have people and budget in place, but the results don't match the effort.
Maybe you're spending more on marketing and winning less work. Maybe the team is busy, yet sales are flat. Or you have three good ideas for what to do next and no clear way to choose.
Most firms don't need a longer to do list. They need to know which few things count, and in what order.
Four things usually show where sales are being held back.
Is it clear who it's for, what they get and why they should choose you? If buyers can't tell you apart, more traffic won't fix it.
Where do your enquiries come from, and which sources bring people who buy? I look at what each source costs you and what it brings back.
Who replies, how fast and what happens next. Good enquiries often go quiet between the first reply, the quote and the follow up.
Leads, quotes, sales and profit are different measures. I check which ones you can see today, and which ones you're guessing.
You get a plain view of what's holding sales back, with the evidence behind it. Where I need more facts, I'll say so.
Then you get a short plan with a few priorities in order. Each step has someone in charge, a due date and a way to check the result.
You'll also know what I'd stop doing. Cutting the wrong work can matter as much as adding the right work.
A focused review. We look at one question in depth, such as why sales have stalled or where to put next year's budget. You get the view and the plan, and your team takes it from there.
Ongoing advice. We meet on a regular rhythm to check progress, make decisions and adjust the plan. I stay close enough to spot problems early, without getting in the way of the people doing the work.
Your own team, your agency or my team can do the work. My advice is priced on its own, so you only pay for delivery if you need it.
Example only. This shows the shape of the work. It is not a client result.
A firm is spending more on ads each month. Enquiries are up, but sales are flat. The owner's first thought is to change agency.
We trace a month of enquiries from first contact to sale. The ads are bringing the right people. But quotes go out and nobody follows them up, and no one owns the next call.
So the plan doesn't start with the agency. It starts with who owns each quote, when they follow up and how the owner sees progress each week. The ad spend stays as it is until that's working.
My team also does delivery work, such as ads, websites and email follow up. If I think your work would be better done another way, I'll say so plainly and explain why.
You decide what happens next. An oversight review doesn't commit you to using my team.
The first hour is free. After that, advice is £280 plus VAT an hour. If we work together, we agree the scope, time and fee before any paid work starts.
A focused review and ongoing advice are priced separately. Delivery, ad spend and tools are only included where you need them, and you see them in the proposal.
Short, straight answers to what owners ask me before they book.
My team can, if you need it. That's scoped and priced on its own. Many clients use my advice with their own team or agency.
Yes. Often the best result comes from helping the people you already pay to focus on the right work. If you want a closer look at an agency, see agency oversight.
Bring it to the first hour. Sometimes that's enough to act on your own.
Clicks, enquiries, quotes and sales are different measures. I check what the agency reports, what it can actually see and what happens once an enquiry reaches your team.
Bring the problem as you see it. We'll talk through what's happening and where I'd start. If I think I can help, I'll explain the next step and the fee.
If the calendar does not show a time that suits you, send a message through the contact page.

I help business owners get better results from sales and marketing through clear advice, agency oversight and work delivered by my team.
Once a month I send one practical tip to help you grow your business.
