I help founders see what they cannot see themselves.

I’ve built, scaled and exited my own companies, and since 2016 I’ve helped over 100 more founders grow theirs.

Most founders are too close to their own business to spot what’s holding it back. That’s normal. The blind spots just get expensive. My job is to give you the clarity to see them, then the plan to fix them.

MY STORY

Three decades is a long time to study one thing.

I’ve spent more than 30 years studying performance. Business. Leadership. Marketing. Technology. Human behaviour. Martial arts. The common thread is simple. Performance improves when you focus on what matters and remove what doesn’t.

I started in the big agencies. Land Rover. Ford. Nokia. Tesco.

I learned how to make large budgets work harder and

stop clients losing money they didn’t know they were

losing.

Along the way I built, scaled and sold businesses of my own, so I know the founder’s seat from the inside, not just from across the table. That’s the part most advisers can’t offer.

Today I work with founder-led businesses doing £500k to £5m, finding the lost revenue, removing the bottlenecks, and building systems that scale without the founder in every

room.
