Each case is a real project with the client's name taken out. Leads, bookings, contracts and sales are different measures, so every case names the one it reports and the period it covers.
When I say "we", I mean me and my team. In most of these I set the plan and my team did the setup and the campaigns alongside the owner's own people.
Property developer · UK, sales to investors · 2023 to 2024
30+ contracts in one day, after one letter to existing buyers.
The developer wanted sales from buyers it already had, and needed interest turned into signatures while it was hot.
What we did.
We wrote and sent an investor letter to existing buyers from the developer's own data. We briefed a telemarketing partner, with rules so only buyers who still needed a call were contacted. Then we set up email and SMS, tested them for spam and followed up in batches. Warm replies went straight back to the sales team for a call the same day.
30+contracts done in one day
Same daycall backs on every warm reply
What the result does and doesn't show.
The contracts came from buyers who already knew the developer, so this shows what good follow up does with a warm list. It doesn't show what the same approach would do with cold prospects.
Aesthetics training for dental professionals · 2019 to 2022
From 207 to 3,178 website visitors a month.
The provider needed more of the right dental professionals finding its courses, with a plan it could run every month.
What we did.
We built a marketing plan, calendar, budget and results tracker. We repositioned each course around the dentist's outcome: a new revenue stream, ready to treat in one day. We wrote around 20 Google Ads and ran Meta ads to dentists, nurses and hygienists, and reviewed the numbers every month.

207 to 3,178visitors a month
What the result does and doesn't show.
This is website traffic, not bookings or revenue. It shows that clearer, outcome led messaging plus steady paid campaigns brought far more of the right people to the site.
Trampoline park, South East England · long term client since 2019
The cost of a party booking roughly halved.
Ad spend was going on page likes and video views, and nobody could say which ads led to a paid booking.
What we did.
We moved the spend into campaigns built around purchases. We gave parties, the park's highest value product, a campaign of their own. And we tracked every ticket and party back to its ad through the booking system.
£16.12 to £8.31ad cost per party booking
357parties booked in four and a half months
What the result does and doesn't show.
These are bookings tracked to ads in the booking system. Tracking was set up as part of the work, so some of the change may be bookings that were already happening but weren't counted before.
Leisure park, Christmas event · 2026
334 leads at £1.37 each in ten days.
A seasonal event needed to fill fast, and the ads couldn't even be approved until the basics were in place.
What we did.
We researched the customer, wrote the ad copy and planned the social content. We got the privacy and terms pages live so the ads could be approved, and launched within a week. Then we built a dashboard tracking spend, leads and daily bookings against target.
334leads in ten days
£1.37cost per lead on £456 spend
289customers booked in the first weeks
What the result does and doesn't show.
Leads and bookings are counted separately here. With leads this cheap, the job became turning them into bookings through follow up, not buying more traffic.
Trampoline park, London · 2026
£14.5k of tracked sales from £3,075 of Google spend.
The owner was spending on ads without numbers he trusted, and everyone was sent to the homepage whatever they had clicked on.
What we did.
We split the campaigns by offer. We fixed the analytics and booking tracking until it picked up about 96% of online bookings. We switched on seven of nine SMS and email automations and built a weekly cost per sale dashboard.
£14.5ktracked sales from £3,075 Google spend
96%of online bookings now tracked
£4.40per ticket from Meta over a month
What the result does and doesn't show.
Tracked sales are sales the system can trace to Google ads. They are not all extra sales, and they are not profit. What changed is that the owner can now test what drives bookings before spending more.
What ties them together.
Fix the tracking before the spend. When every booking or lead traces back to its source, owners stop paying for attention and start paying for results.
Follow up is where the money leaks. Cheap leads are wasted if nobody responds the same day.
The owner is often the bottleneck. A system that runs without them is what lets the numbers move.
