AI FOR SALES AND MARKETING
You know AI could save your team time and help you win more work. But there are hundreds of tools, plenty of big claims and not much time to test them.
I help you find the few places where AI helps your sales and marketing, and the places where a person should stay in charge. Then we agree what to try first and how you'll know it's working.
Your first hour is free. After that, my advice is priced once we've agreed the scope and time.

Most owners don't need a big AI project. They need two or three uses that save time every week and make sure nothing falls through the gaps.
Owners often start with replying to every enquiry quickly and sending it to the right person, keeping the CRM up to date with notes and next steps, drafting follow up emails for the team to check and send, pulling figures from ads, the website and the CRM into one short report, and first drafts of posts, emails and page copy in your voice.
These are examples, not a menu. We choose yours by looking at how your business wins work today.
Four things I check before anything is switched on.
Where enquiries come from, what happens next and where your team spends its time.
Many CRMs, email tools and ad platforms already include AI features. Often the first step is switching on what you have.
What customer information would go where, who can see it and what could go wrong. We agree this before anything is switched on.
What must always sound like you, and what can be drafted for you.
You get a short plan with two or three AI uses to start with, in order.
Each one has someone in charge, a way to measure it and a date to review it.
Not every task is worth automating, and some shouldn't be.
So you'll also know what to leave alone for now, and why.
A buyer weighing a real decision usually wants to talk to a person. So do unhappy customers, and anyone near a price or a contract.
AI is good at speed and routine. People are better at judgement, trust and knowing when to bend the rules. I help you draw that line, so AI makes your team faster without making you feel like a machine to deal with.
Your own team can set up many of the changes, with my guidance. Where you need something built, my team can set up the automations, CRM changes and tracking the plan needs. I stay involved so the work stays tied to your goals.
Some firms call this role a fractional chief AI officer. Most owner led businesses don't need the title. They need someone to choose the few uses that pay back, help the team adopt them and check they're working.
The first hour is free. If we work together, my advice is priced after that hour, once we've agreed the scope and time.
If my team builds anything, that's scoped and priced separately. Any new software costs are set out before you decide.
Short, straight answers to what owners ask me about AI.
Not always. We start with what you already pay for, and only add a tool when it clearly earns its place.
Your customer data stays in your own accounts, and it isn't used to train outside AI tools. We agree what data goes where before anything is switched on. If something doesn't feel right, we don't use it.
That's not the aim. The aim is to take routine work off your team, so they spend more time with customers.
Clicks, enquiries, quotes and sales are different measures. I check what the agency reports, what it can actually see and what happens once an enquiry reaches your team.
Tell me where your team loses time, and where you'd like AI to help. We'll talk it through and see what's worth trying first.
If the calendar does not show a time that suits you, send a message through the contact page.

I help business owners get better results from sales and marketing through clear advice, agency oversight and work delivered by my team.
Once a month I send one practical tip to help you grow your business.
